Example HIT for video annotation

This is a more complete example of a HIT demonstrating how you can use CommonHIT for tasks like video annotation.

Note that in this example we use multiple video player instances. Make sure you give each player unique IDs when doing this.

Implementation warning: Do not use JavaScript to detach the video player's DOM node and re-insert it somewhere else. Unexpected things may happen.
